Rebel Landscaping is growing fast—and we’re ready to bring in a proven leader to help take us to the next level.
We’re looking for an experienced Crew Leader to run and oversee mowing operations as needed. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to lead crews, make smart decisions, and take ownership of quality from start to finish. It is essential to have Florida plant knowledge and Irrigation repair experience. You must be able to hold yourself accountable, keep time/pace and manage the routes.
What You’ll Be Leading
Your work focuses primarily on mowing/maintenance including:
- Irrigation repairs & troubleshooting
- Mowing and maintenance
- 1-2days a week assisting with project crews to complete projects, trimming and one off landscape jobs.

Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading landscape crews with 2+ years experience.
- Minimum 4+ years landscaping experience
- Strong decision-maker who takes initiative – someone who does not need to be constantly overseen or held accountable
- Organized, accountable, clear thinker, and calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Wants to grow with a company, not just clock hours
- Someone who understands communication, customer service and managing a team in a healthy way
Requirements
- Clean background check – no criminal history.
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations
- Comfortable driving large trucks and 16 ft trailers daily
- 2+ years crew leader experience
- 4+ years landscaping experience
- Experienced in operating mowers, trimmers, 2 stroke 4 stroke equipment, pole saws, hedge trimmers, etc..
- (Equipment repair and maintenance experience is a huge plus)
- Alcohol and drug free – no exceptions
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and complete physical work in hot and less than ideal temperatures/conditions
- Able to work M-F – 7:30am – 4 to 5pm
- **Occasional Saturdays due to inclement weather (usually less than 4 per year)**
- Hurricane and emergency services (seasonal as needed)
