Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Agent to join our team. The Mortgage Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans, analyzing financial information, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
– Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
– Analyze financial data to determine the best mortgage options for clients
– Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately
– Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients
– Provide guidance on cash management and financial planning
– Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Experience:
– Strong mathematical skills
– Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Bilingual proficiency is a plus
– Previous experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred
– Ability to negotiate effectively
– Customer service-oriented approach
– Fluency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous
