Lead our new ML Engineering team as a Machine Learning Engineering Manager, focusing on cloud infrastructure and GCP Vertex AI. Play a key role in deploying production-ready solutions.
In this hands-on position within Group & Enterprise Services, you’ll guide a small team of ML Engineers. Your responsibility will be to shape the architecture from design to production while ensuring high-quality ML deployments. Collaborate closely with data scientists and platform engineers, facilitating reliable model deployment at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of ML Engineers
• Oversee delivery of ML capabilities and planning needs
• Shape solution architecture from design to production
• Build and maintain Python APIs for model serving
• Design CI/CD pipelines for model deployments
Requirements:
• 5+ years as an ML Engineer with Python skills
• Experience with ML model deployment in production
• Strong fundamentals: OOP, unit testing, TDD
• Cloud experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and Git workflows
