Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unique and delicious cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a vibrant bar atmosphere.
Duties:
– Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages with precision and creativity
– Engage with customers to recommend drinks based on preferences and provide excellent service
– Maintain a clean and organized bar area
– Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
– Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
– Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Experience:
– Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a hospitality setting
– Proficiency in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
– Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
– Familiarity with food handling procedures and food safety regulations
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
– Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
– Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting
– Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
