Mixer Operator Jobs in Vaughan at Donut Time
Reports to: Plant Manager or Supervisor
Main Duties
· Get all batch sheets
· Record all lot # on batch sheets
· Check scales, utensils, fryer or oven
· Mix dry ingredients
· Coordinate with operator & mixer
· Check mixing bowl, bottom wheels and hoist
· Keep work-station clean
· Put mixing bowls in wash area at the end of shift
· Wipe down exterior of all ingredient bins
· Put all ingredients scaling bins in wash area.
· Clean all scales and put away
· Ensure all ingredients are returned to warehouse area.
· Clean all tools and out in storage area
· All dough buildup on outside of mixers to be scrapped off
Job Requirements
· Adhere to proper GMP and safety procedures and guidelines
· Ensure our high-quality standards are being met with every batch we produce by checking each batch for quality and accuracy – delivering a world-class finish product each time.
· Equipment and work areas must be kept organized, clean and sanitary throughout the shift.
· Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds when needed
· Must have and maintain a strong attendance record

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
