Position: Mill Operator, Entry Level – Prescott, ON – Full time
Experience/Requirements:
Willingness to be trained on the job in the feed mill environment
Previous factory, or agricultural experience an asset
Forklift experience is an asset
A proven track record of reliability and safe work habits
Physically capable of lifting 25kg repeatedly
Basic mechanical trouble shooting skills
Able to work at elevated heights, as required
Train under the guidance of the shift Operator
Shipping and receiving, packaging, cleanup, documentation of production and completion of HACCP records
Reliable transportation
Experience in a similar role is an asset
Safety compliance is of utmost importance and all applicants must have a steadfast commitment to plant safety at their location
HACCP training is an asset
Have a positive, steady and upbeat approach in day-to-day tasks
Contribute to an inclusive, motivating and appreciation centric environment for all coworkers
Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts including evening or night shift work
