Midnight Bread Baker Jobs in Leamington at Lakeside Bakery Deli Cafe
Looking for an experienced bread baker to join our team. This is a night shift starting around 9pm until 5am, 5 days a week. Work on weekends and holidays is expected. Must have 2 – 3 years of experience in bread baking.
Summary:
Measure and mix ingredients, and prepare various bread doughs
Divide, cut, and shape doughs
Fill bread molds, pans, and move to proofers
Monitors and resets temperature controls as needed
Moves bread products to ovens after proofing is finished and monitors for bake times
General bakery clean up at the end of the shift.
The job description is not all encompassing and you may be requested to perform tasks outside of your department as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
