Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Middle Eastern Cook to join our team in a take-out and catering kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion and experience in middle eastern food preparation and presentation, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
– Assist in all areas of food preparation as needed
– Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas meet sanitation standards
– Monitor food stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow
Skills:
– Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant or kitchen environment
– Knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
– Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $16.55-$20.00 per hour
