We’re seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering and at least 2 years of experience. Strong backgrounds in software engineering principles, digital systems, and test automation are essential. This role also focuses on communication and mentoring junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and execute test validation plans for compliance
• Identify and solve complex hardware/software issues
• Develop validation tools and automation scripts
• Mentor junior engineers through collaborative projects
• Lead investigations of hardware in lab environments
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
• 2+ years of industry experience preferred
• Strong programming skills in Python or C
• Hands-on experience with IC prototyping and debugging
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
