Venture Machine and Tool, Inc is a privately owned and operated Tool and Die Manufacturer and Metal Stamping Facility located in Onalaska, WI. Venture Machine & Tool Inc. produces metal stampings for a wide variety of markets including Automotive, Agricultural, Appliances, Recreational Vehicles along with many others.
We are seeking individuals with an interest in advancement and a desire to learn on the job. Venture Machine & Tool Inc. train qualified candidates on the operation and set up of metal stamping equipment to help you learn on the job.

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing facility preferred but is not required
- Be able to work well in a team setting
- Ability to use simple hand tools
- Strong desire to learn
- Pre-employment drug testing is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
