Drive student success in nursing through hands-on mentorship and support. This full-time role emphasizes clinical experience and practical skills in health care settings from mid-August to mid-May.
As a Clinician, you will support nursing students in achieving their clinical learning goals. Responsibilities include selecting clients for care, providing training on Electronic Medical Records, and supervising students’ direct client interactions. You will also evaluate nursing skills and develop collaborative relationships with clinical placement sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate learning experiences for nursing students
• Provide guidance and feedback during client care
• Organize and oversee skills refresher sessions
• Address issues and collaborate with the Clinical Placement Manager
• Maintain safety standards within the clinical environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and CNO registration
• At least 5 years of nursing experience
• Experience in mentoring within clinical settings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records
• Physical capability for client assistance duties
