YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Vice-President Buying, Men’s Footwear, the Merchandiser is responsible for gathering and synthesizing all info from the account managers, in a relevant way to influence the collection building, reporting and insights delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the relationship with ALDO Group International Senior Account Managers, as territory product expert.

Provide on-going product and buying support to AGI Account Management team.

Responsible for contributing to the regional KeepDrop and Updatedocument incorporating all the regional needs through gathered feedback from the account managers, while respecting the SKU count and creating commonality when applicable.

Accountable for ALDO Group International territory Conceptual Assortment Plan(CAP) to ensure sku count alignment and product attribute needs are met at seasonal kick off.

Collaborate with ALDO Group International planning to receive key information for regional CAP and sku needs and budgets.

Contribute toGlobal Product Strategythrough gathering of results, consumer insights and industry trends of responsible territory.

Acquireterritory market knowledgerelated to consumer insights, competition, and industry trends through collecting feedback from account managers, market visits and on-going research to identify product opportunities.

Performweekly product performanceanalysis of responsible territory, identify product opportunities.

Contribute to the Preparation of SeasonalBuying Postmortem.

Contribute to GlobalGo-to-Market strategywith relevant territory insights.

Support preparation and be availablefor GTM timelines/deadlines.

Support Market Week product presentation and key franchise account product balancing.

Responsible for the ALDO Group Internationalforecasting

Recommend territory SKU quantification targets to Account Management team.

Responsible forVM set up.

Align with the ladies’ team to create consistency in reporting.
