Key Responsibilities:
• Support ERP system implementation within the Membership Department
• Conduct monthly reviews of overdue memberships for payment flow
• Oversee transactions processed by Membership Associates
• Establish priorities and delegate tasks to services associates
• Monitor payments and manage collections and reconciliations
Requirements:
• Secondary school completion required
• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration preferred
• 2-3 years of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent communication skills, multilingual an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Registration Systems
