As a Member Services Representative:

You will

be joining a team of highly engaged financial service professionals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional Member Experience!

In this role, we will rely on you to provide compassionate service, while positioning Meridian’s products and services to add value to our Members’ financial wellbeing.

Member Experience Provide a superior Member experience through the identification and

promotion

of products and services and where appropriate, and provide qualified referrals based on identified needs

Demonstrate perseverance in difficult situations by showcasing understanding to Members’ perspectives, and creating action plans to resolve their concerns if they arise

Ensure proper due diligence by posting all transactions accurately and timely

Maintain discretion and confidentiality to

respect

Members’ privacy

Participate in branch activities in support of expanding the Member relationship and growing our Digital Ambassador Program Employee Experience Act as an engaged teammate and trusted partner to build and cultivate internal relationships within the Member Experience teams and cross-functional departments, while ensuring achievement of

How you will succeed:

Previous work experience in a customer service role, with

cash handling

experience as an asset

High School diploma or relevant working experience

Flexibility

to work all scheduled hours which include some evenings and Saturdays Proven understanding of computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office, and Outlook Strong negotiation, interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
