In this full-time role, you will support Financial Advisors by ensuring all necessary client information is gathered and documented. You’ll review accounts for accuracy and compliance, open new accounts, and accurately enter loan applications.
Your role will also include processing member transactions while differentiating between credit union offerings and competitors’ products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document information for Financial Advisor use
• Review accounts for accuracy and compliance
• Open new accounts based on service guidelines
• Process loan applications and member transactions
• Assist in growing branch memberships effectively
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer service or retail banking experience
• High school diploma is mandatory
• Optional: post-secondary studies in Finance
• Optional: IFIC certification preferred
• Criminal background and credit checks required
