As a Medical Office Administrator at Hands on Health Wellness Centre ,you will play a key role in maintaining efficient clinic operations and delivering outstanding patient service. Your contributions will help us uphold our standards of care and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing electronic medical records using Universal system, coordinating appointments at the front desk, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
