Elevate your career as a Full-Time Medical Imaging Technologist specializing in Bone Densitometry. This position offers a regular schedule from 8 AM to 4:30 PM MST, Monday to Friday.
As a key member of the healthcare team, you’ll perform bone density scans and ensure high-quality imaging accuracy. Your responsibilities will include verifying patient identities, explaining procedures, and meticulously maintaining accurate documentation. You will also support new technologists, collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows, and uphold the standards of patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform bone density and body composition scans
• Verify patient identification and ensure confidentiality
• Explain procedures and assist with patient positioning
• Conduct routine equipment performance checks
• Maintain clean procedure areas and prepare materials
Requirements:
• Graduate of an accredited medical radiography program
• Current CAMRT certification and MRT registration
• Proficiency in bone densitometry imaging
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
