Medical Housecall Clinic -Administrative assistant-FULL TIME Jobs in Winnipeg at Health Calls Inc.
Health Calls Inc. is a physician housecall service, not open to the public. We are looking to fill our full time position. The shifts are from 8am-6pm, 4 days a week. Duties involve but are not limited to scheduling and screening telephone calls from patients, relaying accurate information to Doctor, maintaining the filing system of patient records, all general office duties.
Candidate must be aware of Winnipeg streets and be fluent in English.
Must be knowledgeable of the medical environment.
Must have excellent organizational skills, computer skills and excellent telephone manner.
Must be reliable, punctual with high communication skills and be comfortable working alone.
Prior office experience will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
