Summary
We are seeking a dependable, patient-focused Medical Assistant/Technician to support clinical operations and deliver excellent care in clinic and on-site settings. This role is best suited for a Medical Assistant/Technician with at least one year of hands-on clinical experience who is comfortable working independently after training. It is ideal for a Medical Assistant/Technician who values organization, teamwork, and meaningful patient interaction. Paid training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Support healthcare providers with patient examinations and clinical procedures
- Perform and document drug testing collections using established procedures and chain‑of‑custody standards
- Accurately document clinical activities and test results in accordance with protocols
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinic environment
- Work independently within established protocols while collaborating with providers and team members
- Provide compassionate, professional patient care
Requirements
- At least one year of hands-on clinical experience as a Medical Assistant and/or Medical Technician, with comfort performing both patient care and technical responsibilities
- Strong patient and client communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Proficient in performing vital sign assessments and basic life support techniques
- Comfortable working in a structured, well-organized environment where efficiency and accuracy are valued
- Willingness to work occasional flexible hours for scheduled on-site coverage (use of company vehicle provided)
- Driver’s license with clean driving record
