About the Role

Eaglecom is seeking a Media Operations Coordinator to join our Media Operations & Analytics team. This is a foundational, high impact role designed for a team-oriented, detail driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys supporting others while improving how work gets done.

The Media Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping media operations accurate, stable, and scalable. This role supports day-to-day execution across all client campaigns, validates data and workflows, manages follow-ups and exceptions, and actively contributes to process improvement through automation and AI enabled workflows.

This role goes beyond task execution. The Media Operations Coordinator helps absorb and optimize operational work to enable strategy, innovation, and growth within the department. As Eaglecom continues to modernize its operations, this role is expected to grow alongside evolving systems, automation, and AI adoption and integration.

Key Responsibilities

Media Operations & Execution Support

·        Support day-to-day media operations across linear DRTV and CTV campaigns

·        Support and validate campaign setup, intake accuracy, and trafficking inputs to ensure clean launches

·        Monitor logs, reports, alerts, and data files for completeness, formatting issues, and anomalies

·        Flag discrepancies or missing data early and ensure appropriate follow-up

·        Support troubleshooting of non-standard scenarios and intake exceptions

Data Validation & Quality Control

·        Validate data used for reporting, projections, invoicing, and reconciliation

·        Perform routine cross-system checks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency

·        Support pre‑log, post‑log, and invoice reconciliation processes

·        Protect downstream reporting and financial accuracy by catching issues early

·        Track issues through resolution to ensure nothing is dropped

Process Improvement, AI & Automation

·        Identify repetitive or manual tasks and propose AI assisted or automated solutions

·        Use AI tools to assist with data validation, anomaly detection, and efficiency

·        Support testing and rollout of new tools, automations, and systems

·        Contribute to documentation as workflows evolve

Collaboration & Team Support

·        Work closely with Media Operations, Analytics, Traffic, Media Buying, Client Services, and Finance

·        Communicate clearly and professionally when issues arise, including context and next steps

·        Act as a dependable, team first partner who helps unblock others and reduce friction

·        Provide reliable coverage and backup support during high pressure periods

Required Qualifications

·        Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

·        Ability to perform accurately in a fast paced, high pressure agency environment

·        Strong Excel skills and high proficiency working with data and systems

·        Clear written and verbal communication skills

·        Highly reliable, proactive, and accountable

·        Team oriented with a humble, growth focused mindset

·        Must be a resident of the United States or Canada

Ideal Candidate

·        Media agency / fundraising experience preferred

·        Exposure to media operations, analytics, trafficking, or reporting workflows

·        Experience supporting process documentation or automation initiatives

·        Interested in growing into more advanced operational, analytical, or strategic roles

·        Curious, AI forward approach to work and problem solving
