My name is Cayleb Pletos, I have been in this space for about 5 years now. Quickly been able to grow Taurify to one of the in house names for our industry.

Your Job Is To:
- Generate high quality leads
- Help our appointment setters book as many qualified estimate as possible
- Help clients close as many of those estimates as possible
- Help our clients make a disgusting amount of money from our services
What You’ll Own
You don’t “manage accounts.”
You own outcomes.
- Drive Performance
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns (Meta + Google)
- Hit and beat KPI targets:
- Cost per lead
- Cost per booked estimate
- Lead quality
- Revenue collected for clients
- Make decisions that are backed by data, reasoning, and actual real marketing understanding
- Think Like a Strategist (Not a Button Clicker)
- Understand:
- What metrics actually matter
- How they interact
- What to prioritize
- What real marketing strategies are at play here
- What makes a good creative
- Diagnose problems quickly:
- Bad leads?
- Funnel issue?
- Creative issues?
- Appointment setting issue?
- Adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate to Win
- Work with:
- Account managers
- Creative team
- Systems team
- Translate data into:
- Clear insights
- Actionable next steps
- Drive better creatives through feedback and testing
- Communicate Like an Operator
- Explain performance clearly to:
- Clients
- Internal team
- Provide updates that are:
- Clear
- Data-backed
- Action-oriented
- Help refine our internal and external client dashboards
What a Day Looks Like
- Launching and optimizing campaigns
- Reviewing performance across client accounts
- Identifying problems and opportunities
- Sending updates and reports
- Collaborating on new creatives
- Fixing tracking or funnel issues
- Responding to client/account questions
You:
Who You Are
- Have a lot of real experience running local business ads (Meta and Google)
- Understand both lead gen and/or local service businesses deeply
- Are analytical and creative
- Can explain performance in plain English
- Are detail-oriented and proactive. Nothing gets past you
- Stay up-to-date with what’s working
You Probably:
- Enjoy figuring out why something works
- Get frustrated when results aren’t optimal
- Constantly test and improve
Requirements
- Strong internet + reliable setup
- Ability to speak to clients and present well
- Fluent English
- Full-time availability
- EST 9am – 5pm working hours

We pay based on performance + responsibility, not just time.
Structure:
Junior:
Starting $1,000 – $1,500 USD per month
Intermediate:
Starting $1,500 – $2,250 USD per month
Experienced:
Starting $2,250 – $3,500 USD per month
Performance bonuses available
