About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, mechanically minded individual who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and learning how things work.
While formal millwright certification is not required, we value practical experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a genuine commitment to developing your skills.

What You’ll Do

Assist in the rebuild, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment such as refiners, pumps, and rotating machinery.

Use hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and lifting equipment.

Support experienced tradespeople with equipment setup, teardown, and inspection.

Help with alignment, assembly, and disassembly of mechanical components.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical aptitude — you like to fix, build, and understand how things work.

Experience using tools or working with equipment (shop, garage, farm, or maintenance setting).

Ability to follow technical instructions or drawings.

A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn from others.

Commitment to working safely and producing quality results.

An asset, but not required:

Experience with welding, machining, or maintenance work.
