Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our business as a Parts Person. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in person and on the phone. The ideal candidate should have a sound mechanical aptitude. Only candidates with prior mechanical experience should apply. This job is ideal for someone that has a desire to make a move from working on motors/machines and instead assist those in finding the correct parts to work on their equipment. We specialize in air compressors/ calipers/master cylinders/valves and a few other items.
Duties:
– Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
– Provide product information, recommendations, and answer any questions or concerns
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
– Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
– Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications:
-Mechanical aptitude
– English is required
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions
-Prior knowledge of any of: Air Compressors, Fittings, Making Hoses, Air Dryers, Master Cylinders, and Valves would be extremely beneficial
-Self-motived
-Valid Driver’s License
-Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs
