T.D. Micronic is a Global provider of precision conveyor scale measurement systems. We are locating in Surrey with site work around Metro Vancouver, Sunshine Coast, Prince Rupert, State of Oregon. We are an integral part of the global movement of bulk goods and as such we provide our client 24/7 availability and support. We provide our clients at their sites with equipment preservation, calibrations and commissioning of new equipment
What you will do:
Tackle and resolve measurement control system problems (variances)
Respond to service requests
Perform regular service on clients equipment including calibration, diagnostics including any necessary part replacements or repairs
Participate in product and procedure improvement processes and development
Connect with client upon arrival and prior to departure at job site
Perform specialized diagnostics with diagnostic equipment
Calibrate equipment with various test equipment
Apprise team/management and client of progress and any issues

About you:
Likes to get dirty (most of our clients are in the potash and metallurgical coal industries)
Valid BCDL, Class 5 and good driver’s abstract
Proven Electrical and Mechanical qualifications or aptitude and appreciation
Excellent technical communication skills, written, comprehensive and verbal in English
Well presents and able to project positive representation of company to clients
Common sense and logical thinker
