We are looking for a caring, professional Massage Therapist who loves helping people feel better, move better, and reconnect with themselves. The right person is dependable, warm, client-focused, and excited to grow with a wellness-centered salon.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage services in a clean, relaxing environment.
- Customize sessions based on client needs.
- Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and rebooking recommendations.
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professionalism.
- Work with the salon and spa team to create an exceptional client experience.
- Support promotions, events, and wellness offerings.
Requirements
- Current Wisconsin Massage Therapy License.
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Passion for wellness and helping others.
- Willingness to build and retain a clientele.
- Experience preferred, but the right personality and mindset matter most.

Pay: $30.00 – $50.00 per hour
