Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Mason / Stucco Restoration Technician with experience in masonry repairs, stucco restoration, concrete patching, and exterior surface finishing. This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who can work independently, maintain high production standards, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on residential and light commercial projects.

While we are known for drywall repair, we are expanding our services to include professional masonry, stucco restoration, and concrete repair for residential and light commercial customers.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who:
- Has extensive experience with stucco repair, masonry restoration, and concrete repair.
- Can diagnose exterior wall failures and recommend the proper repair approach.
- Takes pride in delivering clean, durable, and aesthetically pleasing repairs.
- Works efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Is comfortable working in occupied homes and communicating professionally with homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional stucco repairs and restoration on residential and light commercial properties.
- Repair cracks, deteriorated stucco, damaged masonry, and concrete surfaces while blending repairs seamlessly with existing finishes.
- Mix, apply, and finish stucco, mortar, cement, and concrete using proper techniques and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform concrete repairs on sidewalks, steps, patios, foundations, retaining walls, and other masonry surfaces.
- Mix, place, and finish concrete for residential repair projects, ensuring smooth, durable, and professional results.
- Operate concrete mixers and prepare stucco, mortar, and cement products as required.
- Install reinforcing steel (rebar), wire mesh, or other reinforcement materials where needed to strengthen concrete and masonry repairs.
- Construct and install formwork for concrete repairs, ensuring proper alignment, dimensions, and finish quality.
- Prepare repair areas by removing loose or damaged material, cleaning substrates, and installing reinforcement where required.
- Match existing stucco textures and finishes to create seamless repairs.
- Read and interpret project scopes, measurements, and basic construction drawings to complete repairs accurately.
- Pick up and deliver materials to multiple job sites daily.
- Load, unload, maintain, and organize company tools and equipment.
- Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe throughout each project.
- Manage workflow across multiple jobs in a day while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency is required to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of professional masonry, stucco, or concrete repair experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of stucco systems, mortar mixes, cement products, masonry repair techniques, and concrete finishing.
- Experience repairing foundations, retaining walls, chimneys, steps, patios, sidewalks, and other masonry surfaces is preferred.
- Ability to match existing stucco textures and finishes.
- Experience installing rebar, wire mesh, and concrete formwork is preferred.
- Proficient with masonry hand tools, concrete finishing tools, and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must own a reliable work truck or van (required).
- Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites throughout the day.
- Weekend availability as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
