Summary:

The principal duties are to support growth in the Canadian Medical business by developing marketing programs and supporting sales. Develop new ways of generating revenue by growing existing partners and finding new customers. Create plans and execute marketing programs. Candidates must be willing to travel as needed.

Must be

fully Bilingual English and French.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to increase awareness and lead generation. Content Creation:

Creating engaging and persuasive content for marketing materials such as advertisements, flyers, emails and presentations. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyzing marketing data and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make

data-driven decisions

. This may involve using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.

Brand Awareness

:

Develop and execute programs to build

recognition

in both the consumer and professional markets. Market Analysis:

Evaluate current marketplace dynamics including market potential & competitor activity within the core markets. Perform industry trend analysis, customer segment analysis, market share and competitive analysis.

Project Management

:

Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as videos, advertisements, and brochures.

Teamwork

:

Effectively collaborate with product management and sales to meet product and sales goals. Work cross-functionally with all departments to prioritize and implement projects and coordinate launches of new programs, customer feedback, and more.  Required

Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business 3+ years of marketing experience Fluent in English and French Strong

communication skills
