Take the lead in marketing excellence at Toronto Public Library as the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations. This role focuses on strategic alignment, process improvement, and team leadership across marketing initiatives.
The Senior Manager will report directly to the Director/Chief Marketing Officer and oversee project management, data analytics, and organizational leadership within the Communications, Programming and Customer Engagement division. You’ll develop processes for business efficiency, lead a high-performing team, and ensure that marketing objectives align with strategic priorities. Experience in public-sector marketing is preferred while leading cross-functional teams to achieve results for TPL.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee CPCE project portfolio management and execution
• Optimize marketing and communications business processes
• Measure operational performance and project success
• Drive technology adoption across marketing initiatives
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture
Requirements:
• Minimum seven years in project or operations leadership
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field required
• PMP and change management certifications preferred
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience in a unionized environment preferred
