Responsibilities

Manage Projects Across Marketing: Oversee a variety of marketing projects, ensuring they align with company goals and are delivered on time. Coordinate efforts across different channels to maximize impact

Work with and Manage Freelancers: Collaborate with freelancers specializing in design, copywriting, operations, and other areas. Manage these relationships effectively to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project timelines

Build and Execute a Partner Strategy Plan: Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy. Identify potential partners, establish beneficial relationships, and manage ongoing collaborations to enhance marketing efforts

Contribute to and Execute the 2024 Marketing Strategy: Play a key role in shaping and deploying the marketing strategy for 2024. Bring innovative ideas to the table and assist in executing strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness and growth

Own the Website Strategy: Take charge of the website strategy, ensuring the site effectively represents the brand and engages the target audience. Oversee updates, content creation, and performance analysis to optimize user experience and conversion rates

Requirements

Exceptional Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail and deadlines

Strong Writing Skills: Proficiency in crafting clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content. Ability to adapt writing style to various marketing channels

Solid Understanding of Technology: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms like HubSpot. Comfortable with learning and utilizing new technology

Experience in the Automotive Industry: Previous exposure to the automotive industry is beneficial, though not a requirement

Adaptability and Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adapting to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
