Job Description:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle – the planning, execution, evaluation, and reporting – of the complete suite of Beretta group companies and products in Canada, all while maintaining their respective brand identities. With a focus on customer reach, acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty, the Marketing Manager will liaise with both internal and external related parties, with a committed focus on driving sales revenue and market share.

Position Summary:

Marketing which includes but is not limited to:o  Trade Show and Exhibition coordination and execution in harmonization with Sales Managers and agency-based manufacturers sales representatives.o  Creative development for different media channels, including collateral for magazines, online, newsletters, press, TV, etc.o  Create promotional materials, including point-of-sale displays, signage, giveaways.o  Development of product, company and other required presentations via PowerPoint or other vehicles as required.o

Creative development of website and e-commerce content.o  Plan, create, and execute product launches, coordinating

cross-functional teams

to ensure seamless execution from concept to launch, ensuring the successful rollout of new products.o  Plan, create, and develop campaigns, contests, draws, and rebates.

· Coordinated, created, and updated all contracts and marketing media for magazines, digital, radio, and television.

· Identify and cultivate relationships with key media outlets, influence rs, and industry stakeholders to secure press coverage and endorsements.

· Manage ambassador and affiliate programs. Negotiate Contracts. Continuously assess and optimize the programs to maximize their effectiveness and track performance.

· Liaison with Outdoor Conservation Groups and non-profit organizations.

· Manage, contribute, coordinate, and develop multiple social media accounts – content calendar.

· Manage and grow Newsletter lists.

· Support CRM (Salesforce) improvement initiatives and document control – Dealer Portal, Libraries.

· In-store support for dealers with PK’s sales support, product placement, and presentation.

· Organize, prepare, and attend Trade Shows and other exhibitions—Outdoor, Law Enforcement, and Military/Defence.

· Day-to-day contact with sales manager and agency partners-

collaboration

· Collaborate with sales to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to support key accounts and channels.

product knowledge

by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications…
