We are seeking a high-performance marketing leader to help scale a top-tier commercial real estate business into a nationally recognized brand through data-driven lead generation, elite branding, and innovative strategy.
This is not a basic social media role. This is a growth leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
Develop, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns across:

Google Ads
-
Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads
-
YouTube marketing
-
WhatsApp marketing funnels
-
Email marketing and CRM automation
Responsibilities include:
-
Building landing pages and conversion funnels
-
Generating qualified buyer, seller, and investor leads
-
Optimizing ROI through analytics, tracking, and A/B testing
-
Creating automated pipelines using AI-powered tools
2. Branding & Creative Direction
Design and maintain premium marketing materials aligned with the NH brand, including:

Brochures
-
Investment memorandums
-
Flyers and postcards
-
Business cards
-
Listing presentations
-
Pitch decks
-
Ensure consistent brand identity and luxury-level visual standards for high-value commercial transactions
3. Social Media Growth & Content Strategy
-
Grow Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok presence
-
Develop high-impact, trend-aware real estate content
-
Film and edit professional-grade video content
-
Position Nik Handa as a thought leader in commercial real estate investing
-
Manage posting cadence, engagement strategy, and analytics reporting
4. Event & Campaign Marketing
-
Plan and execute investor events, property launches, and networking mixers
-
Coordinate marketing campaigns for major listings and developments
-
Manage PR initiatives and media outreach
-
Build strategic partnerships with lenders, developers, and industry leaders
5. Market Intelligence & Innovation
-
Monitor real estate marketing trends and competitive positioning
-
Implement AI tools for automation, lead scoring, and content creation
-
Develop differentiation strategies within the GTA commercial real estate market
-
Propose bold, scalable marketing initiatives
6. CRM & Automation
-
Manage CRM pipelines and nurture sequences
-
Build automated follow-ups via email, SMS, and WhatsApp
-
Track full-funnel performance: leads appointments deals ROI
-
Collaborate closely with ISA and sales teams
Ideal Candidate
-
3+ years of marketing experience (real estate preferred)
-
Proven record of generating qualified online leads
-
Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma, or equivalent)

Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads

Advanced video editing and content creation skills

CRM system experience

Event planning background
-
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing automation tools

Strong copywriting ability

Compensation

Base salary plus performance bonus
