We’re looking for an Event Coordinator to support an upcoming outdoor festival in Vancouver, with opportunities to work on future events throughout the city.

Rate: $27/hour

Current Event

Location: Keefer St. & Columbia St., Vancouver (onsite)

Dates:

July 24, 2026

Hours 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

July 25 & 26, 2026:

Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

* Ensure the activation runs smoothly, including overseeing brand ambassadors.

* Be reliable, punctual and proactive.

* Troubleshoot on-site issues as needed.

* Support event setup, operations and guest engagement.

* Communicate updates to the Brandtalk Media team.

Requirements

* Previous event, festival or brand activation experience.

* Strong communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to think on your feet and work independently.

* Must be available for all 3 dates.

This is an on-call opportunity, with the potential to support additional Brandtalk Media events and activations in Vancouver as they arise.
