Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Marketing Engineer to build the infrastructure that enables marketing to scale synergistically. The successful candidate will be building and operating the data enrichment pipeline and precision outbound engineer, followed by broader automation, agents, and marketing systems. The candidate will be operating equally in acceleration (automating repetitive, rule based work) and invention (building capabilities no one has asked for yet).
Responsibilities:
Data enrichment pipeline:
Build and operate a data pipeline that pulls creator performance data, identifies active vs inactive channels, and enriches qualified contacts with engagement, format, and revenue signals
Own delivery of high quality, classified data at scale (need to have 15k contacts enriched by the first sprint)
Creator classification
Develop and maintain a creator segmentation system based on growth, content format, and monetization potential
Continuously translate raw platform signals into structured, up-to-date targeting data
Precision outbound operations
Execute daily, personalized outbound campaigns using AI-powered tools with clear lead prioritization
Monitor and optimize performance across replies, sentiment, multi-touch engagement, and unsubscribes
Marketing infrastructure
Own CRM and marketing data integrity, ensuring accurate attribution from outbound activity through paid customer conversion
Maintain reliable funnel and performance reporting within the marketing dashboard
Eventually identify repetitive workflows across marketing functions and design automations or AI agents to eliminate inefficiencies
Build and launch scalable systems for competitive monitoring, automated reporting, lifecycle triggers, content infrastructure, and case study generation
