Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships, this hands-on coordinator position is vital for showcasing AWE’s mission and values. You’ll proactively seek and tell impactful stories of women entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds, while creating engaging content across various platforms. Strong writing abilities and a strategic mindset will be key in managing multiple channels and campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively surface stories from clients and partners
• Conduct interviews to gather compelling narratives
• Develop engaging content across formats
• Manage AWE’s social media presence consistently
• Analyze social media performance and improve strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Experience with social media and email marketing
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with SEO and website management tools
