Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
Responsibilities/day to day:
. -Composite work in the yard
-Working efficiently and effectively, all composite work needs to be done to time estimates.
-Problem solving
– ABYC Systems and standards certifications or willingness to achieve them within a short period of time and other learning/training programs
Requirements/experience/skills we need: strong understanding of fiberglass lamination, 1+ years experience, power tool experience, knowledge in repair, familiar with different types of resins and materials, Comfortable with computers and phone apps. Willingness to work on boats to get things done, leading by example., must have high school education or equivalent education level
Pay range: $32 – $40
