We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at our manufacturing plant. As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line and the timely delivery of our products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Organize and supervise the daily work schedule for the production team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Conduct performance reviews for all production line employees, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Collaborate closely with the leadership team to strategize and prioritize production goals, ensuring on-time delivery of goods.

Oversee the assembly line to ensure all processes are followed, paperwork is completed accurately, and product quality meets standards.

Manage manpower effectively, reallocating employees to other departments as necessary to meet production demands.

Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to the production team to optimize productivity and performance.

Communicate any delays or issues to management promptly, proposing solutions as needed.

Ensure all operating equipment is well-maintained and safety checks are performed regularly, reporting any deficiencies to management.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production department.

Monitor employee attendance and productivity, taking appropriate action to address any issues.

Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.

Collaborate with Human Resources to address hiring needs for the production department.

Ensure all employees are properly trained in health and safety policies and procedures, as well as their specific job duties and responsibilities.

Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines

Train new employees on production processes and procedures

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency

Requirements:

3 years pf experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment, preference given to experience in Large Companies.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.

Proven track record of meeting production goals and deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Ability to performance manage and coach team.

Ability to continuously improve your area.
