Manual Truck Driver / Lead Tree Trimmer and tree removal
- Crew Leader: Lead and mentor field crew, ensuring they follow safety procedures and quality standards.
- Must demonstrate knowledge of using pole saw and chain saw safely.
- Must know how to properly use Tree chipper safely.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and utility protocols.
- Resource Management: monitor equipment, and ensure efficient use of materials and manpower.
- Reporting: Track project progress and maintain accurate records of crew operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must understand and speak English.
- Must take pictures and email daily report
- Agriculture Knowledge: A strong understanding of tree care, including trimming, pruning, removal techniques.
- The ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects on time.
- Must be able to maintain equipment and truck by doing daily pre – work checks.
- Leadership: The capacity to lead and motivate teams, provide guidance, and foster a positive work environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, crews, and other stakeholders.
- Safety Focus: A deep commitment to safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Experience:
- Using a Chain Saw: 2 years (Required)
- Driving a Stick Shift : 3 years (Preferred)
