Managing Partner (Operations) – Grill Hero South East Florida
Join Grill Hero as a hands-on leader. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations grill cleaning, repairs, customer service, and expansion from our Palm Beach County location into Broward and Miami-Dade. As we grow, you’ll help hire, train, and lead a small team of technicians who will power our next stage of growth.

It is detail-oriented work that requires speed and accuracy to both repair and clean stand alone and built-in grills and appliances.
You’ll help coach technicians, build strategic partnerships, solve problems in the field, and improve the customer experience. As we grow beyond our current baseline, you’ll have real skin in the game: financial rights begin accruing from day one, giving you a meaningful stake in the future value you help create.
Compensation
- $45,000 annual base salary
- Monthly performance bonuses
