As ATB’s next Managing Director of Complex and Technical Sales, you lead and drive complex strategic sales initiatives, oversee complex sales processes and cultivate strong client relationships to achieve revenue growth and exceed business objectives emphasizing strategic influence on organizational priorities.
You have
strong market knowledge of emerging opportunities in the complex payments space (e.g. Card Acquiring, Card Issuing BaaS, PaaS, Trade Finance), with the ability to articulate the portfolio needs to our development teams in advance of initiating a product to account for the long-lead times. Further, you will be responsible for effective
communication
and driving partnership across Business, Wealth, and Capital Markets to increase the penetration of products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop long term vision, strategic plan, financial models, objectives and key performance metrics.
Develop and nurture a high performing team to support the attainment of ATB Business Solutions (ABS) strategic goals and world class client experiences.
