We are one of Canada’s leading multicultural marketing and inclusion-focused communications agencies, partnering with Fortune 500 brands and public institutions to connect with today’s diverse and evolving audiences.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we’re hiring a Manager, Strategic Partnerships & New Accounts to build pipeline, open doors, and support new business opportunities across priority sectors.
What You’ll Do
- Drive outbound outreach and generate qualified leads
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Secure discovery meetings with key decision-makers
- Support RFPs, proposals, and pitch development
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on growth strategy
- Track and report on pipeline performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in B2B business development (agency/media experience preferred)
- Strong communicator with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive follow-ups
- Organized, self-driven, and performance-oriented
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Compensation – $70,000 – $90,000 base + performance-based commission (OTE $90,000 – $120,000+)
