budget management
, technical services, customer service management, and day to day office administration.
The hsc manager leads a team that manages a portfolio of residential housing units, and oversees the ongoing maintenance and betterment of this portfolio on behalf of the canadian forces housing agency. The hsc manager is responsible for ensuring the consistent application of policies and standards at the local site, for monitoring and reporting on operational performance, and for leading a team in the provision of cost-effective, timely and quality services for military members and their families.
