Your responsibilities will include planning and executing fundraising strategies, engaging donors, and analyzing data to drive success. You’ll be a key point of contact for donors, ensuring an enriching experience and fostering long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support fundraising strategies that increase donor awareness and revenue
• Create annual budgets and performance metrics for programs
• Coordinate cross-departmental fundraising initiatives that align with goals
• Build and manage donor portfolios for effective engagement
• Deliver high-quality stewardship experiences and impact reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Successful experience in fundraising campaign management
• Ability to manage donor relationships and solicitations
• Familiarity with CRM systems for donor analysis
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
