The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Finance team in a high-visibility, high-impact role. Reporting to the SVP, Finance, you’ll own the budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes that drive how we plan and make decisions as a business.
This role is built for a strong Senior FP&A Analyst who is ready to take ownership, build rigorous FP&A processes from the ground up, and grow a team over time. You’ll have one direct report on day one, with a clear path to expand as the function matures.
What You'll Do
- Own the annual budget and rolling forecast processes across all departments
- Build and maintain the long-range financial model, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages and KPI dashboards for the CFO, SVP Finance, and executive team
- Deliver variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. prior year, and rolling forecasts) with clear, actionable commentary
- Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Project teams to sharpen forecast accuracy
- Support financing activities, capital markets reporting, and M&A due diligence
- Manage and mentor one Finance Coordinator, with the opportunity to build out the team over time
What You Bring
- 4–7 years of FP&A experience; background in a growth-stage or long-term lease-based company is a strong plus
- CPA designation (or in progress) preferred
- Advanced Excel modelling skills; experience with FP&A tools is an asset
- Solid understanding of ASPE financial reporting
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and can build structure where it doesn’t yet exist
- Clear, confident communicator who can translate numbers into stories for non-finance audiences
- Experience in clean energy, infrastructure, or asset-based lending is a plus
The Details
Location: Sheppard Avenue East — 3 to 4 days in office
Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 per year plus benefits
Start Date: As soon as possible
