Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for helping Newcomers to Canada build their financial future? We are looking for a Manager, Customer Segments to lead the growth and evolution of our Newcomer value proposition.
This is a 2-year contract (with extension and FTE potential) for our Financial Service Client based in Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 3 days/week).
The Role
In this cross-functional role, you won’t just be planning—you’ll be executing. You will analyze the competitive landscape, develop compelling partnerships, and lead end-to-end event execution to attract and retain priority segment customers.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Value Prop: Build and refine high-impact strategies to grow the Newcomer portfolio.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing competitor programs and market trends.
- Project Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Risk, and Sales to bring the segment strategy to life.
- Event Execution: Lead key sponsorships and community events focused on the Newcomer journey.
- Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 5-7 years in Strategy, Consulting, or Product Management within the Banking industry.
- Expert Sourcing: You likely come from a competitor and have a deep understanding of the Newcomer Market.
- Strategist: Proven track record in customer segmentation and developing value propositions.
- Collaborator: Exceptional at influencing cross-functional teams and managing external partnerships.
- Education: Master’s Degree/MBA is preferred.

- Model: Hybrid (3 floating days in office)
- Term: 2-Year Contract (Strong potential for conversion)
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
