Job SummaryThe Manager Brand, Product & Growth Marketing will be responsible of championing the development and implementation of comprehensive Premium products, brands and growth portfolio strategies to drive sustainable financial growth, supported by effective Go-to-Market Commercial campaigns that reach and engage target audiences. This position reports to a Marketing Director Brand & Growth Marketing on our Premium business.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will lead a portfolio of Arterra’s Premium wine brands. The role will lead Premium product and brand marketing & strategy development, working collaboratively with internal cross functional and cross regional teams such as shopper marketing, national retail sales teams, sales strategy, category management, operations, finance, legal, as well as internal marcom & studio team, insights, innovation, PR and digital. Will also interact with external agency partners as well as with our key customers, including provincial Liquor Boards and Grocery retail channel.

Development of comprehensive Premium product & brand portfolio Marketing strategies to drive profitable growth, in alignment with Arterra’s Transformation Strategy Execute the Premium product and brand marketing team to plan effective Go-To-Market Commercial campaigns that reach intended targets and deliver meaningful results Foster collaborative working relationship with Marketing peers, internal cross-functional and external partners Responsible for Business performance, including product, brand and campaign results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Min 4-5 years relevant in either Tier-1 CPG, Alcoolic Beverage marketing or DTC first brands

Experience with all aspects of brand management including, brand strategy, targeting and positioning, product management, concept development, Go-to-Market (GTM) / Commercial strategies and plans

Consumer first mindset, with demonstrated experience in developing original creative, and leading agencies to deliver best in class “big ideas”, and effective paid, earned and organic content

Experience/Exposure to new product innovation, development and GTM executions

Strong demonstrated savviness with Digital marketing vehicles, social media, influencers.

Experience working in collaboration-focused (or matrix) organizations with shared objectives

Experience in working cross functionally

Experience working in medium to large, competitive and complex consumer marketplaces

Resiliency and experience working in fast-paced and transformation-focused environments

Skills

Consumer Products P&L Financial acumen and highly skilled managing budgets

Experience creating impact with limited resources

Strong penchant for results and outcomes, with high attention to detail

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
