MANAGEMENT TRAINEE I
THE COMPANY
Basic Grain Products Inc. is an established snack food manufacturer located in Coldwater, Ohio, with over 30 years of experience and excellence.
We are currently seekingManagement Traineesto join our team at ourHead Office in Burnaby, BC. We are a market leader in private label snacks, serving all regions across North America. We offer a full-time position at our head office in Burnaby. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who are seeking solid long-term careers and are interested in rapid advancement. Must be able to think analytically, multi-task, and to work collaboratively across departments.
Our office is easily accessible via public transit; we are conveniently close to the Production Way Skytrain Station.
Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree in science (preference to candidates with mechanical degree)
· Minimum of 2-3 years office experience.
Job Type:Full Time. Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3:30 pm.
Required Skills:
· Above-average GPA preferred.
· High propensity for details, critical thinking and skills in problem solving.
· Proven ability to perform at a high level of competence and with dispatch.
· The ability to work amenably with others.
· Exceptional written and oral English skills
· Above average computer skills and experience.
· Experience in a food manufacturing/processing, preferred but not essential.

Please note the job will require to travel to our facility in Ohio, US. It is preferrable if, the candidate has valid travel documents/visa to travel to US.
