The mission of our Management Trainee is to master the daily operations for our promotional campaigns and exposure through in-person promotional campaigns. Management Trainee Responsibilities:
Implement promotional campaigns and brand awareness strategies by interacting with the clients’ consumers and personally generate exposure by providing relevant product information
Attend in-office meetings to remain current on all product knowledge, brand awareness and promotional techniques, and new Business Development goals
Assist colleague Marketing Representatives and Business Development team in achieving customer acquisition and sales goals
Engage with customers in a friendly and informational manner
Attend training seminars on all current promotional campaigns, product knowledge, and compliance to apply it during customer interactions
Communicate properly and effectively in a professional manner to convey the brand message
Brand display set-up and tear-down
Inventory management and forecasting of event sales
Management Trainee Requirements:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required
Experience in management, leading teams, or working as a supervisor
Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with customers and store personnel
Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
Outstanding relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and self-driven motivation
Ability to problem-solve effectively and independently
Confidence personally speaking to groups and individuals
Flexible availability to work day, evening, weekends and may include local travel
Reliable transportation to the onsite location (possession of a personal vehicle is highly preferred)
The right candidate is local to the area and must have reliable transportation to and from the office daily and is able to start within 2 weeks if offered the position.
