Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Make Onigiri maker.This role involves preparing authentic korean onigiri ensuring high-quality food presentation, and maintaining excellent food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for asian cuisine, working in team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble onigiri according to traditional recipes and customer specifications
- Handle food preparation tasks including slicing, mixing, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is prepared safely, maintaining proper hygiene and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing work surfaces, and organizing ingredients
- Follow all health regulations and safety guidelines during food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service
- we start at 5am finish 9 :00 -10 am on Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
