Required certifications include Fireman Boiler Operator, and knowledge of refrigeration systems or pool operation as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct general maintenance and repairs on systems and equipment
• Maintain grounds and facilities to ensure safety and functionality
• Operate grounds equipment like skid steers and lawn mowers
• Collaborate with team for efficient maintenance delivery
• Ensure all tasks meet safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
• 12 months experience in a maintenance setting
• Fireman Boiler Operator certificate

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
