Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician and Housekeeping to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and hospitality and be proficient in various technical skills. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and grounds, providing a safe and efficient environment for all employees.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping duties to ensure optimal functionality.
- Some janitorial duties as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Work with maintenance team and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide excellent member service by addressing facility-related concerns from employees promptly.
- Tennis court cleaning and maintenance is included.
- Outdoor swimming pool maintenance experience and knowledge is a plus.
- Collaborate with other departments to support and maintain facilities operational efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a maintenance team.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
